Between yesterday and today were 2 days Fire!
So let's start with yesterday! I woke up early because I had to do the housework ..

.. and I absolutely wanted to try to mount the recorder on my "new" pc to 8e30 for which I was standing with a broom in hand! I cleaned everything pretty well and I started to prepare the cream cheese for cheesecake that I had decided to do for Mother's Day! I sit there quiet philadelphia mix that comes my mom telling me that he bought new clothes and that he left the grocery store (which is near the supermarket) because it failed to catch him in the car!
But I tell you, is it possible?! It failed to lower the seat beside the driver's seat! How can you not be able to lower the seat?! Besides, I gave her a phone for something, he could not call me?! Oh well, never mind .. in other words, moral of the story, I finished the cream, put the cheesecake in the oven, gave instructions on cooking and I went to retrieve the clothes ... I've obviously stuck with no problem .. (- -)
I go home, and discovered that the lost butter cheesecake ... that is, the base made from crushed biscuits was literally held together by melting butter and dripping in the oven .. I try desperately to fix (with little success) and saw that there was not much I could do that do I waited anxiously finish cooking! Pulled out the cake from the oven was now past noon and time for lunch .. I leave the cheesecake to cool and harden e. ............... obviously has only cooled! I do not know why, but obviously things were to go wrong! The cream of the cheesecake has remained liquid! I put it in the fridge and after a couple of hours seemed to have hardened so I decided to continue with the preparation .. in fact, it seemed! Why I just paid over the sour cream, this has gone to the bottom creating a considerable effect tsunami .. I still continued undeterred and put it in the oven and then cool .. but now I knew how it would end up where I left back in the car and went to the supermarket to buy ingredients for the cream and dark chocolate mousse 72 % .. got home I started to work again and I finally finished at 19.00!

However, this morning, after giving the gift to my mom I got back to prepare the cake .. I tried to cut the cheesecake, as I feared, was almost liquid inside and, moreover, still dripping butter (and drips .. still amazing) and so I concentrated on the rest because I had to turn the mousse and panna cotta on the plates and put the various sauces (blueberry for the panna cotta and strawberries for the mousse) ... obviously when things should go wrong, go wrong! Nothing stood out from the molds this morning! I've tried everything! Wet, remove them with a knife, cut them, beat them, warm them ... anything ... everything came out in pieces! Fortunately, with the sauces are able to cover slightly patched forms .... in a pause and another, meanwhile, tried to mount the recorder with even less success than the sweet .. I was almost tempted to leave and go to eat at the restaurant (Japanese maybe ^ ^) Also because
seem silly, but really, if you want to do things properly, you take away a lot of time! And off the molds and preparing the sauce, and expects that it is too hot, and put everything on plates, and make the composition ... eccheccavolo !!!!!

And even the cheesecake, although it is still liquid and lose butter flavor is very good (which is why it's still in our fridge and not in the trash .. inolte, late afternoon submitted are finally able to get going both CD!
